BCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DJ-1, GSK-3_pS9, and INPP4B. Each is linked with BCAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAM-to-partner and partner-to-BCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
