BBX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,676 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBX-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK5, RPS29P32, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with BBX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBX-to-partner and partner-to-BBX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOCK5 grouped by BBX-low versus BBX-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
