Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,683 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, PPIF, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with BBS9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS9-to-partner and partner-to-BBS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBS9 versus AGO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
