Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,321 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM229B, LDB2, and SAMD15. Each is linked with BBS9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS9-to-partner and partner-to-BBS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBS9 versus FAM229B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
