Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, DNAJC9, and TYW3. Each is linked with BBS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS9-to-partner and partner-to-BBS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by BBS9-low versus BBS9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
