BBS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,021 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS41, FKBP14, and KBTBD2. Each is linked with BBS9 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS9-to-partner and partner-to-BBS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBS9 versus VPS41 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
