Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,190 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB1, ADGRB3, and NAP1L3. Each is linked with BBS7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS7-to-partner and partner-to-BBS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBS7 versus APBB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
