Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP447, RNU2-50P, and CFL1P8. Each is linked with BBS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS7-to-partner and partner-to-BBS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP447 grouped by BBS7-low versus BBS7-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
