Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,793 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole-centriole cohesion, Chromosome segregation, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with BBS7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS7-to-partner and partner-to-BBS7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Centriole-centriole cohesion grouped by BBS7-low versus BBS7-high in STOMACH.
