BBS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1273H, KIR3DL1, and ATP5MC1P1. Each is linked with BBS5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS5-to-partner and partner-to-BBS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1273H grouped by BBS5-low versus BBS5-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
