BBS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,025 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, BBS2, and EFCAB7. Each is linked with BBS12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS12-to-partner and partner-to-BBS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBS12 versus WDR19 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
