Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3G, YBX1P10, and ITFG2-AS1. Each is linked with BBS12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS12-to-partner and partner-to-BBS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR3G grouped by BBS12-low versus BBS12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
