BBS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1A, CFAP97D2, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with BBS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS12-to-partner and partner-to-BBS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1A grouped by BBS12-low versus BBS12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
