BBS10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,724 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, MYEF2, and RBM45. Each is linked with BBS10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS10-to-partner and partner-to-BBS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBS10 versus MYG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
