Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFL1P1, NINL, and CBX1. Each is linked with BBS10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS10-to-partner and partner-to-BBS10 results are reported.
