Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,851 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP12-1, KRTAP9-8, and ZNF92P1Y. Each is linked with BBS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS10-to-partner and partner-to-BBS10 results are reported.
