Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Smad3, and AR. Each is linked with BBS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS10-to-partner and partner-to-BBS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by BBS10-low versus BBS10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
