Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR2, KRTAP10-7, and OR8B12. Each is linked with BBS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS10-to-partner and partner-to-BBS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR2 grouped by BBS10-low versus BBS10-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
