Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY25P. Each is linked with BBS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS1-to-partner and partner-to-BBS1 results are reported.
