The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher BBIP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BBIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where BBIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
