BBIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,965 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEF2_S502, NHLRC2, and PDCD4. Each is linked with BBIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BBIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
