BBIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,010 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, PACRG, and CCDC170. Each is linked with BBIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BBIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
