BBC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,061 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO4, NPM2, and CCL13. Each is linked with BBC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBC3-to-partner and partner-to-BBC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BBC3 versus FBXO4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
