BBC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL9, MT4, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with BBC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBC3-to-partner and partner-to-BBC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL9 grouped by BBC3-low versus BBC3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
