BAZ2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAZ2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 492 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAZ2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, ALDH6A1, and NFYB. Each is linked with BAZ2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ2A-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 grouped by BAZ2A-low versus BAZ2A-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
