Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAZ1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R8, HNRNPDLP3, and DCLRE1A. Each is linked with BAZ1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ1B-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R8 grouped by BAZ1B-low versus BAZ1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
