Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAZ1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Rab25, and VHL. Each is linked with BAZ1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ1B-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ1B results are reported.
