Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAZ1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAZ1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINAR2, C18orf63, and OOSP4B. Each is linked with BAZ1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ1B-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MINAR2 grouped by BAZ1B-low versus BAZ1B-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
