Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,364 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAZ1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPE, CCNA2, and CDC25A. Each is linked with BAZ1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ1A-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
