BATF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BATF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BATF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SS18L2P1, MIR513B, and RNA5SP158. Each is linked with BATF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BATF3-to-partner and partner-to-BATF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SS18L2P1 grouped by BATF3-low versus BATF3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BATF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BATF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
