BATF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BATF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,293 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BATF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, NMI, and PARP14. Each is linked with BATF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BATF2-to-partner and partner-to-BATF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BATF2 versus APOL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BATF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BATF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
