BATF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BATF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BATF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP5, GKN1, and RNU6-694P. Each is linked with BATF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BATF2-to-partner and partner-to-BATF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BATF2 versus GBP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BATF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BATF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
