Across TCGA patient cohorts, BATF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BATF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USH2A-AS1, RNU6-752P, and RBPJP2. Each is linked with BATF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BATF2-to-partner and partner-to-BATF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USH2A-AS1 grouped by BATF2-low versus BATF2-high in SKCM.
