The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher BARHL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BARHL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where BARHL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
