Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARHL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,661 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARHL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with BARHL2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARHL2-to-partner and partner-to-BARHL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle grouped by BARHL2-low versus BARHL2-high in STAD.
