Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BARHL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDM8, PPID, and ENAH. Each is linked with BARHL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARHL1-to-partner and partner-to-BARHL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BARHL1 versus KDM8 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of -0.90.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
