The most reproducible BARHL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Very long-chain fatty acid metabolic process, Potassium ion transport, and Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with BARHL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARHL1-to-partner and partner-to-BARHL1 results are reported.
