Across TCGA cell cohorts, BARHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BARHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, NKX2-6, and TLE7. Each is linked with BARHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARHL1-to-partner and partner-to-BARHL1 results are reported.
