BAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bap1-c-4, Cyclin-B1, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with BAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAP1-to-partner and partner-to-BAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bap1-c-4 grouped by BAP1-low versus BAP1-high in KIRC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
