Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,779 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BANP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC3, SPEN_S1006, and SUDS3. Each is linked with BANP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANP-to-partner and partner-to-BANP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BANP versus SMC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
