The most reproducible BANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHDDS-AS1, REV3L, and PPIC. Each is linked with BANP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANP-to-partner and partner-to-BANP results are reported.
