Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 769 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, RPSAP65, and LINC01707. Each is linked with BANP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANP-to-partner and partner-to-BANP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by BANP-low versus BANP-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
