Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BANP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with BANP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANP-to-partner and partner-to-BANP results are reported.
