Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BANF1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, ACTN1, and PLOD2. Each is linked with BANF1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-BANF1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BANF1P1 versus MMP14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANF1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANF1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
