Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,782 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BANF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP68, KAT5, and C11orf68. Each is linked with BANF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANF1-to-partner and partner-to-BANF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BANF1 versus CEP68 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
