Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BANF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BANF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDP2, THOC3, and MIR6894. Each is linked with BANF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BANF1-to-partner and partner-to-BANF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDP2 grouped by BANF1-low versus BANF1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BANF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BANF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
