BAIAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,198 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAIAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSMF, PRODH, and LGALS1. Each is linked with BAIAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP3-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAIAP3 versus NSMF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
