BAIAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAIAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with BAIAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP3-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by BAIAP3-low versus BAIAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
