Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAIAP2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP436, LINC02358, and FBXO3-DT. Each is linked with BAIAP2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2L2-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP436 grouped by BAIAP2L2-low versus BAIAP2L2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
