Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,403 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAIAP2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L1_S331, S100A11, and CDKN1B. Each is linked with BAIAP2L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAIAP2L1 versus BAIAP2L1_S331 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
